3、tacticalandoperationalplanningandcontrol.Performancemeasurementandmetricshaveanimportantroletoplayinsettingobjectives,evaluatingperformance,anddeterminingfuturecoursesofactions.PerformancemeasurementandmetricspertainingtoSCMhavenotreceivedadequateattentionfromresearchersorpractitioners.Wede
