1、毕业论文（2010届）宁波中小物流企业竞争力分析—基于对96家企业的调查I摘要本文从宁波中小物流企业竞争力问题的研究背景及意义入手，在现有的物流企业竞争力相关文献研究基础上总结了宁波中小物流企业竞争力的现状和问题所在。然后，以研究物流竞争力为目标，在企业竞争力理论的基础上，探讨物流企业竞争力的内涵和其影响因素；着重对影响宁波中小物流企业竞争力因素进行系统分析，包括物流人才因素、物流服务因素、物流成本因素、物流技术因素，通过对国内外物流竞争力的对比，揭示了中小物流企业竞争力的实质，从而得出今后发展物流企业竞争力的战略方向和对策。最后分析得出在调查的96家中小物流企业中，大部分企业

2、对物流人才不够重视、物流服务水平不高、物流成本控制不严格、物流技术认识不充分，宁波中小物流企业应通过加强物流人才的管理和培养、重视物流技术的发展、优化企业物流成本管理、提高物流的服务质量和在政府的扶持下，增强中小物流企业的竞争力，提升宁波物流产业的整体实力，推动宁波经济的快发展。关键词：物流企业；竞争力；评价体系IAbstractStartingfrombackgroundoftheresearchandsignificanceofcompetitivenessamongthesmallandmedium-sizedlogisticsenterpriseinNingbo,and
