1、--毕业论文（2010届）M公司采购管理优化研究摘要随着市场经济的发展、技术的进步、企业之间的竞争日益加剧激烈。采购管理作为企业物流管理的一部分，已成为企业生产经营过程中的一个关键环节，直接关系到企业的生产成本与服务水平。加强采购管理对企业提升核心竞争力具有十分重要的意义。但目前在我国仍有很多企业的采购管理落后，采购管理模式已不能适应市场竞争的要求，大多数企业的采购效率低下、采购成本过高、采购工作不能保证企业满足个性化的市场需求。为了挖掘采购活动中的利润，不少企业把采购管理的焦点放在价格因素上，强调了与供应商的对立关系。另一方面，企业在先期的供应策划活动上关注不够，忽视库存
2、的合理控制，造成无需求产品的长期积压或者需求紧急的无供货的尴尬局面。如何通过现代采购管理手段，与供应商建立良好的合作关系，减少库存浪费，降低企业采购总成本，是企业重要任务之一。文章以M有限公司为例，在对采购管理的相关理论概述的基础上，分析了M有限公司采购管理的现状与存在问题，并提出相应的优化策略。M有限公司作为一家制造型民营企业，其在采购管理中存在的问题具有典型性。本文对其采购管理中存在问题的研究及解决方法的提出，对类似企业具有一定的指导意义。关键词：采购；采购管理；优化；M有限公司；AbstractWiththedevelopmentofmarketeconomy,the
