2、ations(BUPT)andUniversityofLondon.ReasonsforchoosingCEofRWTHAachenIhadspentnearlytwoyearsseekingthewayofmylifefrom2007till2009.Initially,asafreshman,IconcentratedontheworkofStudentUnionandBeijingIETYME(InstitutionofEngineeringandTechnologyYongMemberSection).Asa
3、resultofmyhardwork,Iwaselectedvicepresidentinthethirdsemester.However,insteadoffeelingmuchpleasureandexcitement,Icouldnotworkuptoomuchenthusiasmfortheiterativeactivities.ThenIunderstoodthattheworkoforganizationmanagementdidn’treallyfitme.Naturally,Itransferredm
4、yfocustostudy.IwasheartilysatisfiedwhenIovercamepuzzleseventhoughthetwo-yeardistractionbroughtmegreatdifficultiesatthebeginning.Sincethen,Istartedtorealizethatthisshouldbethewayofmylife.IalsofoundthatIammostattractedbysubjectconcernswithcommunicationsystemsande
5、xcelledincoursessuchasIntroductiontotheCommunication,TelecommunicationSystems,SignalsandSystemsTheory,InternetProtocols,DigitalSignalProcessingandMicrowave&OpticalTransmission.Throughthesecourses,Ilearntthesimpleinfrastructureofcommunicationsystemandbasictheori
6、essuchasSampling,Quantization,ChannelCoding,QueuingTheory,FourierTransforms,WirelessNetwork,DigitalFilterDesignandRoutingProtocol.However,Iwasstillconfusedwithquestionslikewhatparameterswouldinfluencethepracticaloperationofequipment,howtointegratethesingleunits
7、,howcanImakeimprovementtoavoiddisadvantagesofexistingtheories.Inthesummerof2010,IparticipatedinschoollaboratorywhichtookchargeofMIMOSystemoptimization,oneofnationalkeyscientificresearchprojects.Ikeenlyfeltthelackofknowledgeoverthatperiod,andwasfiguringhowtoexac
