2、mentaheadoftime.VIP或重大宴会接待任务时，接待部门（如：营销部（前厅）、餐娱部、房务部等其他部门）须提前通知安全部。二.ProvideaccuratelyVIPorthebanquetandthelodgingrelatedspecialdetailstothesafetydepartment.将VIP或宴会及住宿的有关具体情况准确提供给安全部。三.Understandsthevisitorrelatedsafetyaspectthesafetyrequirements.了解客人有关安全
3、方面的安全要求。四.Therequestwhichraisesaccordingtothevisitorunifiesthehoteltheactualsituation,theformulationsecurityguardplan,thecoordinatepublicsecurity/securityguarddepartmentcompletesreceptionperiodthetrouble-freeservice.根据客人所提的要求结合酒店的实际情况，制定安全警卫方案，配合公安/警卫部门做好
