2、ltsinourworkorinourlife,wemaybedoubtedaboutourselves.WhenIjustoccupiedthejobasabankstaff,Iwasanxiousaboutthefuturealmosteveryday,forthatIalwaysmademistakesthatseemunreasonable.Atthattime,Ifeltself-abasedandcowardandwassoeasytoshrinkwhenfacingdifficultiesandchallenges,becauseI’m
3、afraidthatIwouldfail.Thatwasreallyadarktimeasarookieinmycarrier.However,withtimepassingby,Igraduallyrealizethatfearcouldnothealanywound,whileonthecontrary,tostriveforthewinningwitheveryeffortcouldteachmealotduringthewholeprogress.AndIalsofoundthat,tothosewhoaremuchclosertosucce
4、ss,theyalwayshavethefaithtoovercomethetemporarydifficultiesandchallenges.AfterthatIbegantolearntobeconfidentandtohaveabetterperformance.Onreceivinganinnovatingtask,Iwouldacceptitwillingly,insteadofpushingitoff.Itoldmyself“Icanmakeitandjustdoit”,insteadof“No,no,it’sfarbeyondmyab
5、ility”,becauseIneedthefaithtodoitwell.Thechangeofmindmakesmeimprovequickly.Andthatconfidencemakesmelivemorevigorouslyandsuccessfully，andhelpsmetogetthroughthemiserabletime.Sothatweknow,confidenceisvitaltoourlife,withwhichwecannotonlyoverwhelmthesetbacks,butalsoachievesomethings
6、eemsimpossible.Whilehowexactlycanwebeconfident?Frommyperspective,confidencemeansakindofpositiveattitude,whichcouldbecultivatedduringdailylife.Themainreasonforthatwearenotconfidentisthatwe“devalue”ourselveseasily.Andwefearbeingfailedandcaretoomuchaboutothers’evaluation.Afterreco
