3、itingapersonalmissionstatementallowsyoutobeginwiththeendinmindanditisuniquetoyou.Thisstatementwillbecomethebasisformakingmajor,life-directingdecisionsandforsettinglong-andshort-termgoals.Thisstatementsetsthevisionandthevalueswhichdirectyourlife.Next,thinkaboutyourprofessionalgoalsintheshortterm(1-2y

4、ears).Thisiswhereyoumightrecordnewresponsibilitiesyouwanttoobtain,anewjobyousecureornewskillsyoudevelopandthinkabouttheimpactyou’llhaveonceyou’veaccomplishedthosegoals.Then,you’lldothesameforsettinglong-termgoals(3-5years).StepII.AssessStrengths&Gaps(usingSelf-Assessment)CompletingStepIsetsthefounda
