1、金因肽治疗60例难愈性创而临床观察【关键词】金因肽摘要：廿的：观察金因肽治疗乳腺癌术后残余创面、烧伤合并糖尿病病人植皮后创而、烧伤后残余创面的临床疗效。方法：116例乳腺癌术后残余创血、烧伤合并糖尿病病人植皮后创血、烧伤残余创面随机分为2组，金因肽治疗组60例，采用金因肽喷洒创而，外敷-层磺胺喘唳银霜纱布；磺胺咳I定银霜治疗组56例，采用1%磺胺喘曉银霜涂抹创而厚约0.2mm,外用无菌敷料包扎，观察2组的创而愈合吋间及有无局部刺激性、有无过墩反应、致热作用。结果：金因肽治疗组、磺胺喘唳银霜治疗组治疗乳腺癌术肩残余创面平均愈合时间分别为15.2、23.4d,烧伤合并
