1、O3.8xl3m水泥磨机筒体焊接工艺分析和工艺设计水泥磨机是水泥厂设备,主要用于建材、冶金、电力及化工行业,粉磨各种水泥熟料及具它物料。随着我国基础建设的不断发展,水泥需求量越来越大,水泥生产设备向大型化发展,特别是水泥磨机越做越大,结构也有了新的发展,对筒体的焊接要求也更高。本文主要研究方向是①3.8x13m水泥磨机筒体焊接工艺分析和工艺设计。焊接工艺分析主要是对磨机筒体的材料焊接性、筒体结构、生产工艺及技术要求进行分析。工艺设计内容主要有备料工艺设计和焊接工艺设计。备料工艺设计主要包括焊前预处理、切割下料、坡
2、口加工、钢板弯曲等。焊接工艺设计包插焊接方法选择,焊缝位置和形状的设计,焊接顺序的设计,焊接检验的确定。通过对筒体焊接工艺的分析可知在焊接过程屮宜采用分部件焊接的装配顺序,焊接方法采用埋弧自动焊,筒体材料选取低碳钢Q235C,焊材选用*4的H08A的焊丝与HJ431焊剂匹配。焊接过程屮对环焊缝采用米字型支撑梁刚性固定以及对连续的环焊缝采取两段对称施焊的方法来控制变形,对于纵焊缝可以采用预变形法控制变形。焊后焊缝整体在580〜620°C冋火消除焊接残余应力。关键词:水泥磨机,筒体,焊接,工艺分析,工艺设计Weldi
