6、eerisresponsiblefortheestablishing,implementingandmaintenanceoftheQCSystem.Hehastheauthority,sufficientandwelldefinedresponsibilityandorganizationalfreedomtoidentifythequalitycontrolproblems,initiate,recommendandprovidesolutionsandtoverifyresolutionofsuchproblems

7、andtostopworkiffurtherprocessingwouldresultinnonconformancewiththeASMECode.质保工程师负责质量控制体系的建立、实施和保持，他有职责和组织上的自由权来识别质量控制问题，终止进一步加工可能导致与ASME规范不符的制造活动，并提出、推荐和提供解决方案，及确认此类问题已得到解决。2.2.6ThespecificresponsibilitiesandauthoritiesassignedtoeachpersonaredefinedinotherSection
