1、消化内科临床资料探讨等离子刀经内镜治疗消化道息肉的安全性及疗效。方法对100例消化道息肉患者，根据治疗方法分为等离子刀组和高频组。等离子刀组50例，胃息肉22例，结肠息肉28例;直肠下段低位息肉13例19颗，胃底近贲门息肉4例5颗;采用等离子刀仪经内镜实施切除。高频组50例，胃息肉23例，结肠息肉27例,采用高频电。结果所有病例均一次性切除成功，全部临床治愈，单颗息肉切除治疗组费时3-12(5±1.25)秒，对照组电凝电切费时3-8(4.5±1.15)秒，两组所用时间无显著性差异(00.05)。等离子刀组完全愈

2、合时间为18-38(21土2.45)天；高频组完全愈合时间为21-46(28±2.66)天,两组愈合时间有显著性差异(刀＜0.05)。结论等离子刀技术应用于消化内镜下息肉切除，具有安全、疗效可靠，其疗效与高频电切相当，且能够在内镜反转状态针对胃底、直肠下段等特殊部位息肉实施冇效切除，在术后愈合时间上明显优于对照组，可尝试作为内镜下切除消化道息肉的首选方法，对具有消化内镜诊疗条件的医疗机构，值得临床推广应用。关键词等离子刀高频消化道息肉内镜切除Comparisonofeffectofplasmaradio-fre
