1、血清C反应蛋白测定在晚期胃癌患者中临床CS意义研究【摘要】目的研究血清C反应蛋白测定在晚期冃癌患者中的临床意义。方法对102例经过病理确诊的晚期胃癌患者的血清CRP水平进行检测，同时检测癌胚抗原，糖类抗原并对治疗前后的。结果CRP在胃癌中数值明显升高，经过治疗后，患者的CRP水平均较治疗前有明显的下降，差异有统计学意义联合检测阳性率较单独肿瘤标志物检测阳性率明显升高。结论CRP对胃癌诊断及预后判断有临床价值,与CEA、CA19-9结合起来可以作为胃癌诊断治疗的标记物。【关键词】晚期胃癌；C反应蛋白(CRP)；标记物[Abstract】
