1、胃癌中P-gp及LRP表达及临床意义【关键词】,,p-糖蛋白;,,肺耐药蛋白摘要:目的:探讨P-糖蛋白(P-gp)和肺耐药蛋白(LRP)在胃癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法:应用免疫组化SABC法检测P-gp和LRP在80例胃癌组织和20例正常胃粘膜组织中的表达,探讨胃癌组织学类型、肿瘤浸润深度及有无淋巴结转移对P-gp和LRP表达的影响。结果:P-gp和LRP在胃癌组织中的阳性表达率高于正常胃粘膜组织(P<;0.05);在高中分化腺癌中的表达显著髙于低分化腺癌(P<;0.05);在浸润粘膜及粘膜下层组、肌层组、浆膜及浆膜外组表达率无显著差别(P>0.05);在
