1、王文斌毕业论文提要目的：确定手法整复小夹板外固定治疗Colles骨折的临床疗效，明确夹板的材质、形状和固定时限，并对扎带的拉力进行量化，以及骨折整复后患肢功能锻炼的方式和次数进行细化、量化，从而优化Colles骨折手法整复、固定及功能锻炼的治疗方案。方法：通过单盲、随机对照的方法,将40例Colles骨折患者分为治疗组、对照组，分别给予小夹板外固定和石膏外固定治疗，以症状休征计分作为主要观察指标，观察疼痛、活动、握力、畸形、放射学等指标，分别记录骨折整复前后、整复后半月、一月、三月的症状、体征并计分。结果：两组病例治疗前各随机因素无明显差异,骨折整复前后两组病例无明显差异(P>；
