2、0033,China【Abstract]AIM:Toobserveprespectivelytheeffectofintestinalhydrotherapyinstrumentasintestinalpreoperativepreparationsforpatientsreceivingcolorectomy.METHODS:Eightysixpatientsundergoingelectiveoperationwererandomlydividedintotwogroups,theconventionalcoloclystergroup(groupC)andtheinte

3、stinalhydrotherapygroup(groupH)，with43ineachgroup・GroupHwereclysterizedrepeatedly10to15timeswithtypeHC3000completeautomaticintestinalhydrotherapyinstrument.Ittookabout45ininintheafternoonjustbeforetheoperationday.ThepatientsingroupCwereclysterizdwith100-200g/Lsoaphydrosolution3to5timesinthe

4、eveningbeforetheoperationand2or3timesinthemorningoftheoperationday.Thedegreeofcomfortandsatisfactiontocoloclyster,theintestinalsanitarydegree,andthetimeoftherecoveryofintestinalwrigglewereassessed.RESULTS:Theaveragecoloclystertimeforeachcasewas(96±17)miningroupCand(43±7)miningroupH.Thedegre

5、eofcomfortandsatisfactiontocoloclysterwas11.6%ingroupCand48.9%ingroupH.Theintestinalsanitarydegreewas37.2%ingroupCand95.3%ingroupH.Thetimeoftherecoveryofintestinalwrigglewas(83+11)hingroupCand(76+12)hingroupH.CONCLUSION:Comparedwiththeconventionalcoloelyster,thepreoperativeintestinalhydroth

6、erapycoloclysterisasimpleandtimesavingprocedureanditmakespatientsmorecomfortableandsatisfied.Itcleanstheintestinemorethoroughly.Italsocontributestotherecoveryofintestinalwriggleandalleviatesthepostoperativeflatulence.What9smore,itcanreducetheriskofcontaminationoftheincisionduringtheoperatio

7、n.[Keywords]colorectomy;intestinalhydrotherapyinstrument;preoperativepreparation;curativeeffect【摘要】ri的：前瞻性比较观察结直肠手术患者采川肠道水疗仪和常规术前肠道准备的效果.方法：选择86例择期行结直肠手术患者，随机分为两组，常规灌肠组(C组)和肠道水疗组(H组)各43例，H组采用HC3000型全自动肠道水疗仪，术询下午反复灌洗10〜15次约45min；C组应用100〜200g/L肥皂水液于术前当晚和术晨
