2、tivelycalledthe"Specification")signedbyeachofthepartiesheretoforidentificationandattachedheretoandmakeanintegralparthereof.2.DimensionsandCharacteristicsLength,overallLength,betweenperpendicularsBreadth,mouldedDepth,mouldedDesignedloadeddraft,mouldedGrosstorrnagePropelli
3、ngMachineryDeadweight,guaranteedTrialspeed.guaranteedFuelconsumptionguaranteedThedetailsoftheaboveparticularsaswellasthedefinitionandmethodofmeasurementsandcalculationareasindicatedinthespecifications.3.Classification,rulesandRegulationsTheVESSEL,includingitsmachinery,eq
4、uipmentandoutfittings,shallbeconstructedinaccordancewiththerules(theeditionandamendmentstheretobeinginforceasofthedateofthisContract)ofandunderspecialsurveyof(船级社名字)(hereincalledthe"ClassificationSociety"）,andshallbedistinguishedintheregisterbythesymbolof（船级符号）.Decisions
5、oftheClassificationSocietyastocomplianceornon-complianeewiththeclassificationshallbefinalandbindinguponbothpartieshereto.TheVESSELshallalsocomplywiththerulesareregulationsandrequirementsofotherregulatorybodiesasdescribedintheSpecificationsineffectasofthedateofthisContrac
6、t.AllfeesandchargesincidentaltoClassificationandwithrespecttocomplianeewiththeabovereferredrules,regulationsandrequirementsshallbeforaccountoftheBUILDER.4.SubcontractingTheBUILDERmay,atitssolediscretionandresponsibilitysubcontractanyportionoftheconstructionworkoftheVESSE
