1、基于产业集群的发展模式是一种非常适合发展屮国家的发展模式。因此我国各地政府纷纷把培育产业集群作为提升当地经济竞争力的新发展模式。曲靖市产业发展在云南省主要州市屮相当具有代表性，近几年來，随着县域经济的发展，曲靖市形成了一批初具规模的产业集群，增强了区域竞争力。“十一五”以來，曲靖市农业基础地位不断加强，工业化发展成就显著，第三产业稳步推进，三大产业共同发展成为支扌掌全市经济发展的多元产业体系。但曲靖市仍然属于欠发达地区，存在着经济结构不合理、产业组织化程度不高的问题，作为以资源型、重化工型产业为主导的地区，曲靖产业发展面临着多重

2、挑战，为适应云南“桥头堡”建设战略及其相关要求，曲靖市积极打造有色金属、光伏电子、汽车装配制造、特色轻工业和现代农业“五大产业集群”。产业集群这一新产业组织模式成为曲靖市区域经济发展的必然选择。本文将借鉴发达地区产业集群发展的成功经验，将曲靖市的实际发展情况与相关产业集群理论相结合，全面探讨曲靖市工业产业集群的发展问题。全文共有六部分组成，第一部分为产业集群相关理论概述，旨在阐明相关基础理论和知识；第二部分开始是对曲靖市产业集群发展的实证研究，分别从曲靖市产业集群发展现状、影响因素、经济效应、对策分析等方面对曲靖市产业集群状况进
