1、地区金融机构布局受到多种因素的影响，在金融机构的布局选址上往往需要综合考虑宏观和微观影响因素使其结果最优化和社会合理化。地区金融机构的发展与一个地区的经济发展紧密关联，二者相互影响。金融机构的合理布局、优化配置是其经营成功的一个重要的基础条件，也是实现地区经济发展，改善社会状况，促进人们生活水平提高的重要途径。本文以云南省大理州大理市为分析研究对彖，主要运用文献研究法和实证分析法，通过对金融机构布局的文献进行学习和参考，借鉴前人的经验，在此基础上收集了大理市范围主要以银行为主、同时包括保险公司及证券公司在内的金融机构分布数据、各乡镇的区域面积及人口数据、大理市近年经济发展

2、变化相关的数据，对所获数据进行归纳和整理，通过计算并制成图表，运用这些所得数据结合相关理论具体分析了大理市金融机构布局的现状、各乡镇区域人口与金融机构数量的关系及金融机构布局与经济发展的相互影响。以金融机构布局合理性为出发点，从不同角度说明大理市金融机构布局的现状及存在的问题，并提出了自己的认识及相关建议。［关键词］:金融机构；布局；因素；现状；经济发展AbstractRegionalfinancialinstitutionslayoutinfluencedbymanyfactors,thefinancialinstitutionsoftenneedcomprehensi
