2、hasmadegreatcontributionstoitsdevelopment.Inthefieldofconstructionengineering,informationtechnologyhaspenetratedintoeverylinkoftheconstructionproject,andhasalsobeenfullyreflected,namelyBIM(buildinginformationmodel).BIMintegratesothertechnologyinformationmethods(suchasCAD/CAE)throughtheprojectinforma
3、tionitcarries,thusbecomingthecoreoftechnologyinformation,thebridgeoftechnologyinformationhorizontalopening,andthebridgeoftechnologyinformationandmanagementinformationopening.Since1986,CADtechnologyhasbeenpopularized,andBLM/BIMTechnologyhasbeenpopularizedsince2003.Now,BIMTechnologyshouldbemoreandmore
4、mature,andbecomethebackboneofthecurrentconstructionindustry,whichhasbeenwidelyused.Itsapplicationhasbroughtalotofconveniencefortheconstructionactivities,forexample,torealizethesharingofinformationanddataoftheProjectCenterfilesamongalldisciplinesofthesameprojectconstruction,furtherpromotethecooperati
5、onofallconstructionunits,andensuretheorderlyandsmoothprogressoftheproject.BIMTechnologyisappliedtoprojectmanagementtooptimizethemanagementmodeofprojectcost,projectscheduleandconstructionqualityandimprovetheefficiencyofprojectmanagement.ThisthesisstudiesBIMcostinformationmanagementfromtheperspectiveo
6、fEPCproject,aimingattheresearchofinformationmanagementmodeofEPCproject.Basedontwocaseprojects,thispaperanalyzestheclassification,transmissionwayofBIMinformationresources,discussesthemanagementofinformationresourcesaroundthethreemanagementresponsibilitiesofdesign,constructionandcostofgeneralcontracti
7、ngmanagement,andputsforwardthemethodsofinformationhierarchicalmanagementandinformationmanagementplatformunderthegeneralcontractingmanagementframeworkofBIMmodelproject,strengthensinformationcomposition
