1、无石棉管理规定根据SOLAS公约修正案MSC.282(86)有关无石棉材料的最新要求，遵照国际海事组织以及船级社的相关规定,我司就船舶所有材料、机械、电气装置和设备，以及对其进行的更换、维护或新增部件等，做出了无石棉材料的管理规定。规定内容如下:Accordingtothelastrequirementaboutasbestos-freeofSOLASconventionamendmentMSC.282(86),complywithIMOandclassificationsocietyregulations,wemake
2、asbestos-freemanagementregulationforvesselallmaterials,machine,electricalequipmentanddevice,andsomepartschanged,maintained,ornewlyadded・Contentsareasbelow:—对于新造船/重大改建船舶耍求不含石棉，并口必须要求船厂出具所有材料的无石棉声明。此声明作为船舶证书保存。Requireasbestosfreefornewbuildingshipormajorrebuildship
3、.Mustaskshipyardtoissueasbestos-freedeclarationforallmaterials・Andthisdeclarationmusebekeptonboardasvesselcertificate.—对于已经营运的船舶，船存备件要进行清点整理，在收集证据后，由船舶管理公司出具无石棉的确认证明。并且以木规定实施之H起，对于以后所供应船舶的可能含有石棉制品的备件物料必须具有无右棉检测报告。其具体的操作程序如下:ifvesselalreadysail・Sparepartsandstores

5、ficprocedureisasbelow:1.船舶在申请物料备件时，应对可能含有石棉的制品单独申请，船长作为船舶无石棉材料的责任人,必须对甲板部和机舱部申请的备件物料是否具有石棉材料进行监控。(可能含有石棉制品的备件物料请参见SOLAS公约笫条及MSC.l/Circ.1379的实施)。Whenapplyingsparepartsorstores,iftheymaycontainasbestos,vesselshouldmakeaseparaterequisition.Masterisinchargeofvesselas
