1、新生儿视网膜出血与产科临床的关系doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.16.36摘要目的：探讨新生儿视网膜出血与产科临床的关系，把新生儿视网膜出血作为观察围产期新生儿健康状况的指标之一。方法：2011年1月-2012年1月出生的新生儿中入选300例，在出生24小时内做全身检查的同时，着重进行眼底检查。检查眼底前，先用1%复方托甜酰胺10g/L点眼散瞳，30〜45分钟后，用直接检眼镜检查眼底，并由有经验的眼科医生复查，将所得资料按项目归类。结果：新生儿视网膜总岀血率16.7%；重度子痫前期较轻、中度子痫前期发生视网膜出血高；新生儿性
