1、城市生态居住区规划与建设摘要随着住宅产业口益迅猛的发展，资源耗竭、环境污染和生态破坏成为困扰当今人类居住区健康、和谐、持续发展的主要问题。在城市居住区规划建设中，如何保护自然资源，特别是对不可再生资源的合理利用和节约使用；如何保护与延续历史文化遗产的精神内涵；如何对地区特性的各因素进行全面、综合的考察与发掘，探索符合我国国情的人居环境,是目前我们急需解决的问题。研究总结影响我国现代居住区居住环境的主要因素，保护与合理利用一切自然资源与能源，提高资源的再生和综合利用水平，使人、自然、环境融为一体，互惠互生，为人类提供方便、安全
2、、宁静、优美的居住区，具有重要的现实意义。基于对上述问题的认识和思考，木人通过对当前国内外居住区建设存在的问题进行深入分析，探讨与研究生态居住区的相关理论,提出了生态居住区的规划设计方法，倡导规划设计时必须从人和自然的整体角度出发,对居住区生态规划与建设提岀了初步的见解和基本方法，同时述对生态居住区规划的评价与实施进行了初步探讨，最后，对生态居住区的规划、设计和建设，以及如何促进人与自然协调发展进行展望。关键词：生态居住区；规划；建设AbstractWiththerapiddevelopmentofthehousingind
