1、摘要我国煤炭中薄煤层储量丰富,对小功率采煤机的需求量也比较大。而炮采安全性比较低,生产率也比较低;综采对设备要求较高,而且投资费用比较大。所以对中薄煤层来说开发适应高档普采的采煤机是非常必要的,而MG300/701-WD型采煤机正是针对中薄煤层适应高普而进行的设计。本文主要从机械传动的角度对MG300/701-WD型电牵引采煤机的摇臂进行了设计,采取电机横向布置,截割电机容量为300可kW;开采含有夹矸等较硬煤质的综合机械化采煤工作面,可靠性高,性能先进。采煤机摇臂工作时由扭矩轴驱动,能量逐级传递,二轴起均载作用,三轴和四轴构成齿轮的变速级,末级为四行星减速器用以降低速度。其中冷却喷雾装置
