1、PoliticalDeclarationonHIVandAIDS2016-06-09The2016High-LevelMeetingonEndingAIDSwillfocustheworld'sattentionontheimportanceofaFast-TrackapproachtotheAIDSresponseoverthenextfiveyears.TheUNAIDSFast-Trackapproachaimstoachieveambitioustargetsby2020,including:•Fewert
2、han500000peoplenewlyinfectedwithHIV.•Fewerthan500000peopledyingfromAIDS-relatedcauses.•EliminationofHIV-relateddiscrimination.Itisauniquemomentinhistory.EnsuringthesuccessoftheSDGs,includingendingtheAIDSepidemic,willrequireglobalsolidarityandpartnership,especi
3、allyintimesofdiverseanddemandingglobalchallenges.Focusmustremainstrongandcommitmenttoleavingnoonebehindandbuildingamoresustainableworldby2030mustcontinuetobeunwavering.TheGeneralAssembly,AdoptsthePoliticalDeclarationonHIVandAIDSannexedtothepresentresolution.1:
4、We,HeadsofStateandGovernmentandrepresentativesofStatesandGovernmentsassembledattheUnitedNationsfrom8to10June2016,reaffirmourcommitmenttoendtheAIDSepidemicby2030asourlegacytopresentandfuturegenerations,toaccelerateandscaleupthefightagainstHIVandendAIDStoreachth
5、istarget,andtoseizethenewopportunitiesprovidedbythe2030AgendaforSustainableDevelopmenttoaccelerateactionandtorecastourapproachtoAIDSgiventhepotentialoftheSustainableDevelopmentGoalstoacceleratejoined-upandsustainableeffortstoleadtotheendoftheAIDSepidemic,andwe
6、pledgetointensifyeffortstowardsthegoalofcomprehensiveprevention,treatment,careandsupportprogrammesthatwillhelptosignificantlyreducenewinfections,increaselifeexpectancyandqualityoflife,thepromotion,protectionandfulfilmentofallhumanrightsandthedignityofallpeople
7、livingwith,atriskof,andaffectedbyHIVandAIDSandtheirfamilies;2:Reaffirmthe2001DeclarationofCommitmentonHIV/AIDSandthe2006and2011PoliticalDeclarationsonHIVandAIDS,andtheurgentneedtoscaleupsignificantlyoureffortstowardsthegoalofuniversalaccesstocomprehensivepreve
8、ntionprogrammes,treatment,careandsupport;3:Reaffirmthe2030AgendaforSustainableDevelopment,includingtheresolveofMemberStatestoendtheAIDSepidemicby2030，andtheAddisAbabaActionAgendaof
