1、试论公司（企业）的社会责任摘要企业社会责任运动的兴起引起了经济理论界的乂一次争论，企业应突破传统经济人的假设，不再纯粹唯利是图，但是，在经营屮考虑到诸多利益相关者因索的影响。同时，大力实施企业社会责任能够整体提高我国企业竞争力、减少国际贸易争端、引导我国经济健康发展。我国正处于实施企业社会责任的初级阶段，违规现象屡见不鲜。无论是出口贸易领域还是国内产业都存在违规现象，企业在消费者心目中的形象受损，企业员工权益得不到有效的保障、环境遭到破坏、口然资源遭到浪费等现象与我国可持续发展的原则相背离，因此我国政府重视企业社会责任，我国企业全面履行企业社会责任是有必要的。本文

2、针对我国的企业社会责任问题展开讨论，并提出了解决我国企业社会责任缺失的建议和对策。本文建议企业应提高意识，自觉履行企业社会责任，节约资源，保护环境，保障利益相关者的权益，对所在社区的经济发展做出应有的贡献。关键词：企业社会责任；建议；对策AbstractCorporatesocialresponsibilitybringsanotherargumentoftheeconomic.Enterprisesshouldbreakthroughthetraditionaleconomicassumptions,nolongerdinkumprofit,but,inbusi
