2、研究摘要大型油罐火灾事故危害较大，不仅严重威胁人民生命安全，还给国家和企业带来巨大经济损失，并且会造成不良的社会影响，甚至是国际影响。木课题首先根据对大型油罐火灾发生原因及发生火灾的油罐类型进行数据统计，得出大型油罐火灾发生的主要原因以及安全性较高的油罐类型，然后对大型油罐火灾发展及扑救特点进行了归纳总结，找出其火灾发生发展的一般规律，并针对火灾发展形式，提出了和应的处置方式。在此基础上以10万存油罐火灾为例，进行了灭火力量计算和简单的兵力部署。通过研究发现，大型油罐火灾主要有火炬型、敞口式、沸溢、喷溅、流淌及围垠周围着火的燃

3、烧形式，针对这些燃烧形式可采用覆盖、倒油、堵截和冷却相结合的灭火方法，并实施“固移”结合的战术，可有效处置大型油罐火灾。同时，根据计算可以得出，大型油罐在火灾初期处置还是比较容易，但如果出现复杂情况，往往需要进行跨区域增援。木课题的研究结果，对大型油罐火灾的扑救提供了技术参考，对提高火场指挥员的火场指挥能力有着重要意义。关键词油罐；火灾特点；处置对策StudyonCharacteristicoftheFiresofLargeOilTanksandDisposalStrategiesAbstractThelargeoiltank
