1、围术期护理干预对外科手术治疗老年胆总管结石的护理体会按摩与康复医学2011.2(下)ChineseManipulation&RehabilitationMedicine2011,No.4225围术期护理干预对外科手术治疗老年胆总管结石的护理体会钟晓岚(四川1省金堂县中医医院金堂610400)摘要:目的:探讨护理干预对围手术期治疗老年胆总管结石的疗效影响.方法:我院2009年1月一2010年6月应用手术治疗老年胆总管结石80例,根据术前及术后是否实施护理干预措施随机分为对照组和干预组各40例，对照组给予常规护理;干预组采取围术期护理干

2、预措施:包括术前护理，术后护理及心理护理,并发症护理等•结果:干预组的护理满意度明显高于对照组，术后下床活动时间及住院时间明显短于对照组(p<0.o5).术后干预组的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)汗预后3d和干预后7d,两组VAS评分均较干预前明显降低，且干预组降低的程度较对照组更明显(P<0.05)•结论:老年胆总管结石术后前后同时采取围术期护理干预措施，可以明显缩短住院时间，提高护理满意度及护理质量,降低术后并发症的发生率.关键词:圉术期老年胆总管结石护理Toencircletechniquetimenu〜ing
