3、uirementsonsupportingQuestions,andreducedprocessrequirementsforphysicalmeetings.Oneclauseprovidesdetailedproceduresinsupportoforganizingandconductingelectronicmeetings,andtwoappendicesaddresspracticalaspectsforoptimizingthepreparationandexchangeofdocumentsforelectronicmeetings.SourceITU-T

6、rs,establishesthetopicsforstudybytheITU-Tstudygroupswhich,inturn,produceRecommendationsonthesetopics.TheapprovalofITU-TRecommendationsiscoveredbytheprocedurelaiddowninWTSAResolution1.InsomeareasofinformationtechnologywhichfallwithinITU-T'spurview,thenecessarystandardsarepreparedonacollabo
