1、布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿肺炎临床体会［摘要］目的对应用布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿肺炎的临床疗效进行研究分析。方法将本院2010年1月〜2042年1月收治的400例小儿肺炎患者，随机分为治疗组与对照组，每组200例，两组均给予抗生素和退热、止咳等常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗的基础上给予布地奈德雾化吸入治疗，对照组在常规治疗的基础上给予糜蛋白酹雾化吸入治疗，对两组的临床治疗效果进行比较分析。结果治疗组显效130例，有效62例，总有效率为96%;对照组显效54例，有效82例，总有效率为68%:两组治疗效果相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)b治疗
2、组与对照组相比患儿咳嗽消失、憋喘消失和喘鸣音消失的时间均显著缩短，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)b两组患儿均未见明显不良反应°结论应用布地奈德雾化吸入对小儿肺炎进行治疗临床效果显著，不良反应较小，能够缩短患儿住院的时间，应在临床治疗上广泛推广。［关键词］雾化吸入；布地奈德；小儿肺炎；疗效［中图分类号］R725.6［文献标识码］A［文章编号］1674—4721(2012)09(c)—0081—02Theclinicalexperieneeofbudesonidebyaerosolinhalationintreatmentofpedia
