1、我国网络贸易发展的问题及对策摘要随着网络经济的兴起和迅速发展，网络消费逐渐走进我们的牛活，冲击着传统的消费观念，尤其网上购物消费模式将从根本上改变消费者获取信息方式和支付方式，我国的网络贸易在发展的过程中，也遇到了很多问题与挑战，稳中有升，在政府、企业的共同努力下，克服了困难，取得了可喜的成绩，提出问题并对症下药解决问题。今后，我国的网络贸易应该继续发挥后发优势，转变观念，迎接网络时代的挑战，加快信息基础设施投资和建设。信息基础设施是制约网络贸易发展的“瓶颈"，加快企业经营管理的网络信息化建设，提高企业的国际竞争力，加强对网络贸易的研究，规范网络贸易的发展，充分利用网络贸易带来的商业机会，提
