1、氟保护漆预防儿童犒齿效果临床观察作者：黄燕虹1,陈信发2,袁宇文【摘要】目的：观察氟保护漆预防儿童頻病的效果。方法：对幼儿园4岁〜6岁儿童进行氟保护漆防嶠治疗，将218名儿童随机分为观察组(106例)和对照组(112例)，观察组给予氟保护漆防頻治疗，0.5a/次，连续2a；对照组只做早晚刷牙等日常口腔护理。结果：2年后观察组患齬率、嶠齿均数明显低于对照组，两组结果在统计学上差异存在显著性。结论:氟保护漆防嶠效果明显，操作简便，适合推广。【关键词】氟保护漆;儿童;頻齿预防ClinicalEffectsoftheFluorinProtectiveLacqueronPreventingChild

7、，5岁〜7岁是齬病患病的第一个髙峰期，在该髙峰期之前加强口腔保健与促进，具有重要的意义。为了有效的防治儿童頻病，汕头市委机关幼儿园与汕头市金平区医疗口腔中心合作，于2004年4月至2006年5月在218例4岁〜6岁儿童中开展氟保护漆防嶠治疗。为了观察氟保护漆的的防犒效果，我们进行了2a临床追踪,现将临床观察效果报告如下。1对象与方法1.1对象汕头市委机关幼儿4岁〜6岁儿童218例，其中男生110例，女生108例。把接受涂
