1、本科毕业设计船舶柴油机电控系统设计III摘要船舶柴油机电控系统已成必然的发展趋势,本文主要介绍船舶柴油机的电子调速系统的建模,相继增压系统的增压器切换,冷却水温和故障诊断的工作原理及电控策略,详细的介绍了冷却水温控制。本设计采用热电阻PT100作为测温传感器,采用三线制接法接入测温电桥,采用电桥法测量功率信号,并选择浮子式液位传感器测量膨胀水箱液位信号,使得系统能够监测水温、压力及膨胀水箱的水位。采集的模拟信号通过精确A/D转换器ADC0809转换成数字信号,并传送到微处理器中,以提高采集信号的精确度。利用8位处理器AT89S51
2、来实现冷却水温度、压力、膨胀水箱液位的越限报警,智能地调节冷却水温度,以及完成温度、压力、液位显示、海水、淡水泵的控制等。利用专用处理芯8279完成数据显示和输入以减少处理器的运算量。另外,用X25045构成看门狗电路,使系统在程序跑飞后能够及时复位。当水温或其他检测对象的实际值超过设定值的上、下限时,为了使操作人员及时了解情况,设计声光报警电路。系统根据海域的水温及柴油机功率情况,自动选择海水泵运行的台数,通过优化海水回路进入中央冷却器的流量,控制调节低温淡水回路的水温。关键词:电子调速;增压器;故障诊断;冷却水温IIIAbst
