2、fisolatedcellulosedecompositionabilityofthetwohigh-temperaturemicrobialstrains.Onmicrobialgrowthrate,temperatureresistance,theabilitytosizeanddegradationoffilterpapercellulaseactivitiesweredetected.Thesecondpartofthetestwiththreefactorsandfourlevelsofmixeddesign,testdayinfourp

3、hasesduringthefermentationsubstratetemperaturemeasurementandPH,aftertheendoffermentationfermentationproductsmeasuredbulkdensity,porosity,conductivity,PHvalue,TN,TP,TK,nitrogen,phosphorus,potassiumandotherphysicalandchemicalproperties.Thethirdpartdealtwiththroughthefermentation

4、oforganicwasteandothersubstratesfortheratio,forthecultivationofpotato,growingseasonandharvestperiodsofobservedandmeasuredplantheight,stemdiameter,leafnumber,Huanmiaospeed,survivalrate,Bymeasuringthephysicalandchemicalpropertiesofmatrixandgrowthofcultivatedpotatomorphologicalin

5、dextofilterouttheoriginalseedforcultivationofthepotato-specificsubstrate,thusservingthepotatoplantproduction,whileachievingorganicwastetreatmentresources・Theresultsshowthat:(1)Thehightemperaturephaseofcompostingfromthebarkofisolatedcellulosedecompositionabilityofthetwohigh-tem
