1、摘要现如今的民营企业已是国民经济中一支重耍活跃的力量，在经济活动屮起着及其重要作用，但具发展也面临着重重困难，一个及其重要原因就在于财务管理工作跟不上企业发展的需要，有相当一部分忽视了财务管理的核心地位，资本和技术构成较低，管理思想僵化落后，不能发挥财务管理对企业资金的计划、运用和分配的功能，企业财务管理冃标短期化，使得企业抵抗风险的能力较弱，企业寿命周期短、生存力不强，影响了企业的壮大与发展，加强企业财务管理迫在眉睫。从黑龙江省七煤公司财务管理现状出发，以现代财务管理为依据，通过SWOT分析和定性分析等分析方法，发现七煤公司财务管理方而存在的问题
