2、byneedystudents,hasbecomethefocusofthedevelopmentofhighereducation,aswellasahotspotofsociety.Boththedevelopmentofhighereducationandthestabilityofsocietyhavebeenaffectedbythisissue,therefore,itisofgreatrealisticsignificanceandtheoreticalvaluetodoresearchonstudentsfr
3、ompoorfamilyandthefinancialaidsystemtowardsthem.Firstly,throughtheapplicationofmanagementprinciples,humancapitaltheories,educationaleconomicsandrelevanttools,bothdomesticandforeignresearchonthefinancialaidsystemtowardsstudentsfrompoorfemilywerebrieflyintroduced,the
4、structureandfunctionofthesysteminChina^suniversitieswereanalyzedandvariousexistingproblemswereidentified.Secondly,conformedtopeople-orientedprincipleandbasedonsubjective,objectiveandexternalenvironmentofaidingsystem,students'opinionsandneedstowardsdifferentaidingmo
5、deswereinvestigatedfromamicroscopicway.Finally,byintegratingadvancedforeignexperienceonfinancialaidingsystem,referenceandsuggestiononsolvingtheexistingproblemswereproposed.Asthemainpartofinvestmentandpolicy,inordertofurtherintensifyandcompleteourfinancialaidingsyst
6、emtowardsstudentsfrompoorfamily,thegovernmentisurgedtoimprovethepolicyformulation,regulateandcontrolthepolicyguidanceandenhancethefinancialsupply.Astheeducationalandsupportingsubject,universitiesarerequiredtodevelopthedefinition,subsidizationandcultivationofneedyst
7、udentssimultaneously,strengthentheoreticalresearchandadaptrelativemeasuresonadjustingproportionofdifferentaidingmodes,optimizingaidingstructureandreinforcinginformatizationconstruction.Banksarcsuggestedtoenrichthefinancialproducts,enlargetheloanrange,varytheloanpro
