1、Theresearchandapplicationofhigh-speedcuttingAbstractHigh-speedcuttingisanadvancedmetal-cuttingtechnologydevelopedrapidlyintherecentdecades.Itsgreatestfeatureisthehigh-speedandlight-loadduringthecuttingprocess.Itcansignificantlyreducetheprocessingtimeandimproveprocessingefficiencybythe
2、meansofincreasingrotationspeed,reducingthecutdepth,quickeningthefeedspeed.Combinationwithhigh-speedcuttingmechanism,thispapersystematicallystudiedtheformationofthechip,toolfailureduringtheprocessofhigh-speedcuttingandrequirementsoftoolmaterial.Itfocusedontheselectionprinciplesofthetoo
3、lgeometry,cuttingabilityandcuttingscopeoftheseveralcommoncuttingtools.Withtheuseoftheorthogonalexperiment,thesurfaceroughnessofhigh-speedmachiningwascarriedouttoasystematicstudy.Thedataobtainedthroughtheanalysisofhigh-speedprocessingofaluminumalloyLY12indicatedtheimpactofsurfaceroughn
4、essinhigh-speedmachining.Therightorderfromprimaryandsecondarywas:coolingmodetrotationspeedofspindle—>cuttingdepth—>feedrate.Intheexperiment,wecanfindtherelationsbetweensurfeceroughnessandcuttingparameters,andobtaintheempiricalformulaofsurfaceroughnessintheory.WiththehelpofUGsoftware,t
5、hehigh-speedprocessingofaluminumpartswasstudiedindetail.Theresearchmainlyincluded:thetoolpathinhigh-speedcutting,principlesoftoolselection,optimizationofcuttingparameters.Thedimensionsandtolerancesofthepartweretestedtoverifythecuttingparametersinhigh-speedcuttingprocess.Bycomparingwit
