3、erialresearchersthathowtoimprovethemechanicalpropertiesofcommonZL205Aalloy.Thepaperhaspassedtheorthogonaltext,andascertainedtheoptimumpurificationprocesstothealloyZL205A・TheC2CI6addedmeasures0.7%,thetemperatureofthealuminiumliquidis730°C,andthestewingtimeis8mins.Thepaper
4、focusesonthefluidity,bodyShrinkageandtendencyofhotcrackingofZL205Aalloy.ThroughthecontrastexperimentwithZL702Aalloy,analyzesthecastingpropertyofZL205Aalloy.Bychangingthecomponentandthepouringtemperature,itanalyseshowthesefactorsinfluenceontheperformanceofthealloycastings
5、.Ithaspassedtheorthogonaltext,andascertainedtheoptimumheattreatmentprocesstothealloyZL205A.Thesolutiontemperatureischosen540°C,thesolutiontimeischosen20h,andtheagingtemperatureischosen180°C5theagingtimeischosen3h.Theinfluenceofthemechanicalpropertyandthetendencyofhotcrac
6、kingofZL205Abasbeeninvestigatedpassingtheorthogonaltext.SmallamountofLaandCeexistsintheformofAUCe,AhLaphasesinthealloy.TherareearthelementsinteractwithAl、CuandMnformingAhCuCe、Ah4Cu3Ce3MnandAlsCmLaintermetallicsinstandofAUCeandAhLaphases,whensuperfluousrareearthelementsex
7、istsinthealuminum.Theseintermetallicsmakethealloycomprehensivepropertiesdroppeddrastically.Theresultsobtainedshowthatanadditionofrareearthelementswilllowertosomeextentquasi-solidustemperature,widenquasi-liquidregionandnarrowquasi-solidregion.Rareearthsenhancethestrengtha
