1、景德镇陶瓷传说是广泛流传于景德镇民众生活中具有“传说”类型价值的民间文学作品。本文通过对景徳镇陶瓷传说中与工匠、技艺、作品三大要素相关的所有文本、口述资料的研究，找寻出传说与工艺之间的关系以及由这种关系模式影响的工艺美学思想。本文以“工”和“艺”的关系为切入点，阐释了工艺与传说的一般关系、工艺传说的产生以及传说生长的过程，进而分别论述了陶瓷传说形成和发展的原因、主要类型以及陶瓷传说发生的流变。接着，从“五行学说”入手，尝试一种不同于传统工艺思想研究的角度去认识景德镇陶瓷传说的构成，并以之为契机，分析比较景德镇窑与其它名窑的陶瓷传说，从景徳
2、镇具有代表性的“师祖赵慨的传说”、“高岭土神的传说”、“风火先师童宾的传说”中得出制瓷工艺中重要的元素构成即“人”、“土”、“火”、“水”、“金”“木”的结论;从不断发生变化的制瓷工艺与传说的流变中，理解传说与工艺之间的相互影响、相互制约的关系，探究陶瓷传说与牛活方式、民俗文化的关系以及蕴含在陶瓷传统工艺制作过程中的工艺美学思想。通过对民间广泛流传的景德镇陶瓷传说进行的研究，我们可以从另一种角度解读广大民众尤其是景德镇窑工和瓷工们独特的审美形式以及审美理想。关键词：景德镇陶瓷；传说；工艺审美AbstractJingdezhencerami
