4、icroscopy.ThebiofilmsthatwastreatedbyAPNPsfor5minbecameredandyellowbylaserscanningconfocalmicroscope,thatwastosay,thebacteriahadbeendeath.2.inmucousmembraneimtationexperiment,theclinicalobservationsshowedthatboththeexperimentalandcontrolgroups(onthefirstdayandfifthdaya
5、fterprocessedbyAPNPs,separately)werenohyperemia,edema,ulcers,erosionsandotheroralmucositis,andtheresultsofhistopathologicalevaluationindicatedthatthemucousmembraneirritationindexofthefirst-daygroupwasnegative0.83andthefifth-daygroupwasnegative0.67,thusbothgroupswerenoi
6、ntensemucousmembraneirritationresponses.3.incellexperiment,thecellthatwascoveredwithatinglayerofDMEMwastreatedbyAPNPsfor0.5min,l.Omin.or1.5min,therelativegrowthraterespectivewere109.5%,103.2%and105.7%(P>0.05),therewasnosignificantdifferencebetweeneachtwogroups.Inthegro
7、upthatcellwascoveredwithatinglayerofDMEMandinblankgroup,thepercentageoflivingcellwere96.56+2.60%and95.56±1.12%(P>0.05),therewasnosignificantdifferencebetweenthetwogroups.ThecelloftwogroupweregreenafterAO/EBstaining,thatwastosay,thecellwasliving.ConclusionAPNPscaneffect
