1、6.3吨随车起重机设计[摘要]随车起重机属于集起重和运输于一体的重要设备之一。在对随车起重机原基础上,从力学角度,主要设计6.3吨随车起重机的起升机构,变幅机构和回转机构进行了具体设计。这种随车起重机自重轻,结构紧凑,受力合理,运行平稳,提高了工作效率。[关键词]:随车起重机;起升机构;变幅机构;回转机构;吊臂。ABSTRACTTruckMountedCrane(TMC)belongstoboom-crane.Combiningtheadvantagesofboomingandtransportingtogeth
2、er,ithasthefeaturesofcompactstructureandeasyoperation,notonlysavesthelaborforce,butalsodecreasesthelaborintensityandincreasestheefficiencyofworking.Itiswidelyusedintraffictransportation,docksandwarehouses.Inthispaper,basedontheinvestigationandfeasibilityanaly
3、sisofTMC,thewinchmechanism,thearm-changingmechanismandtheswingmechanismoftheTMC6.3Tweredesignedfromthemechanicsangle.Thewinchmechanismconsistsofhydraulicmotor,deceleratingmachine,ratchetwheelstoppingmachineandreel.Deceleratingmachinelowersthespeedofthehydraul
4、icmotorfordriving,anditssizewasdefinedaccordingtotheratioofthespeedvariety.Thereelistowindorunwindtheloadhoistingwirerope.Thesizesofthereelandthewireropeweredesignedaccordingtotheworkconditionandtheriseweight.Ratchetwheelstopisusedtostoptheconversemotion,andi
