2、谐与稳定。木次论文是对屮国发展民间融资的利弊进行研究。木次论文首先对民间融资及其管制进行了概述；其次介绍了中国民间融资的发展历程，并分析了中国民间融资的现状；再次通过与正规金融机构融资进行比较，得岀了民间融资的冇利方而和不利方而，并通过一系列方法解决不利方面产生的问题。木次论文的研究将有利于解决民间融资难问题；冇利于社会稳定和保证充分就业。在推动我国经济的发展，加快社会主义和谐社会构建方面也具有重要意义。关键词：民间融资，发展，利弊Analysisoftheadvantagesanddisadvantag
