1、超声及超声造影在视网膜脱离诊断中的应用［摘要］目的分析视网膜脱离的超声及超声造影的特点，探讨超声及超声造影在视网膜脱离诊断中的应用价值。方法应用超声对我院2011年5月~2013年12月期间收治的120例患者的80只视网膜脱离眼（网脱组L80只无视网膜脱离眼（对照组）进行检查。对网脱组中超声检查不十分确切的10只眼行超声造影检查。结果超声检查与手术结果比较，视网膜脱离诊断符合为76只眼（95.0%）,视网膜脱离误诊4例（5.0%b超声造影检查与手术结果比较，视网膜脱离诊断符合为10只眼（100.0%）□网脱组视网膜中央动脉（CRA、睫状后动脉（PCA）较对照组CRA、
