1、连铸机油气润滑技术Continuouscastingmachineoillubrication作者姓名：施逵专业：冶金设计完成日期：摘要介绍油气技术在临钢板坏连铸机上的设计选型、应用屮遇到的问题及处理方法。采用油气技术后，在实践应用中，摸索了一套成功经验，对油气技术的推广应用有一定的借鉴作用。油气润滑是新发展起來的一种润滑装置，与油雾润滑相似，但又不同。油雾润滑是利用流动的压缩空气在油雾发生器内经过一文式管将油气混合物以较高速度撞击在挡板上，使较大的油滴经过撞击而形成细雾，大油滴仍然流M发生器内，而细雾则经过管路以及低的压力输到轴承，在进入轴承之前，油雾经
2、过凝缩嘴乂凝聚为油滴进入轴承,实际上轴承是保持着稀油润滑状态。油气润滑与油雾润滑基本相似，都是以压缩空气为动力将稀油输送到轴承，而不不同是油气润滑并不将油撞击为细雾，而是利用压缩空气流动把油沿管路输送到轴承，因此不再需要凝缩。凡是能流动的液体都可以输送，不受黏度的限制。空气输送的压力较高。均为0.3MPa左右。正常运行吋，轴承箱内保持一定的润滑油液位，所以给油量可根据实际消耗量而定，因此润滑油是间隙供给，由于润滑点较多耍通过一种油路分配器把油气混合体均匀地分别输送到各个轴承。关键词：油气润滑；连铸机；润滑原理Continuouscastingmachine
