5、········19实用大全标准文档参考文献·············································23致谢··················································24实用大全标准文档摘要毕业设计课题研究的对象是无人值守餐厅自动传菜系统。无人值守餐厅的运营模式是顾客通过自动门进入餐厅,在前台预交一定费用领取智能餐卡,然后通过自动点菜机点菜,点菜完成后系统会提示顾客的餐桌号和等待时间。稍后送菜机器人会携带餐点停至该顾客餐桌前,将餐盘推至餐桌上,之后机器人返
6、回,继续工作。本设计课题的重点就是对送菜机器人的设计及自动传菜系统的设计。自动传菜系统的设计需要考虑机构在X,Y,Z轴方向上的运动,运用所学的知识,构思结构,进行创新,让其实现上述功能。主要运用减速器,凸轮来实现。结构设计需要用软件CAD进行绘图,画出结构的装配图,重要结构的零件图。还有餐厅的总体布局图。将所设计的机构放在预定的轨道上,机器人能平稳的将菜放在预定餐桌上,然后自动将菜放下,返回起始点,就验证了设计的正确性。传菜系统的结构设计,需要考虑结构的实用性,安全性,平稳性,节能性。关键词:无人值守餐厅机器人减速器凸轮Abstr
