1、进水水质:燃棉、涤纶、混纺织物,染料为活性染料,针对该卬染废水的水质特点,木设计采用水解酸化与接触氧化相结合的生化工艺对废水进行处理,深度处理采用牛物活性炭吸附。水解酸化池设计停留时间为4h,牛物接触氧化池设计停留时间8h。已冇运行结果表明,水解酸化单元可冇效捉高废水的可生化性,废水经水解酸化后B/C值可从0.2〜0.3提高至0.4左右,有效保证了好氧接触处理效果。根据以往环保监测结果,C0D-般在80mg/L左右,BOD在10mg/L以下,COD去除率80%以上,BOD去除率90%以上。废水处理厂设计规模3500m7d,其现今的设计水量为:Q=350
2、0m7d进水水质:COD=500-600mg/L,B0D5=200mg/L,PH二10-11,SS=400-500mg/L色度200-300倍。经处理后,应达到下列出水水质:C0D^100mg/L,B0D^25mg/L,色度W40倍,pH在6〜9,SS^70mg/L,达污水排放一级标准。经设计可知〃COD二85%,nB0D=95%,nSS=90%,色度89.5%o经技术经济分析,此方案投资总额325•万元,废水处理成本为0.91元/n?,有着良好的经济效益和社会效益。且节约用地、提高绿化、降低能耗的理念在设计中得到充分的实践,符合新吋代环保的要求。关键
