4、ttheprecisionofthoseaccelerometerscanreachngorderandbeappliedinseismicmonitoringsuccessfully.Thestructureandperformanceofnewopticalwaveguideaccelerometersbasedonpolymersareanalyzedemphatically.Themicroringresonatoraccelerometerhastheadvantagesofthehighme
5、asurementprecisionandtailoredpropertiestbutthelongtermstabilityistheprimalproblemtorestrictitsapplication.Theaccelerationmeasurementbyatomsthroughthelightforceaccelerometerovercomestheshortcomingofpoorlongtermstabilityandhasaveryhighprecision.Thetechnic
