1、关于养老服务体系的现状调查与对策研究——以河南省焦作市为例【摘要】养老问题是现阶段民生问题中突出且难以解决的问题之一，焦作市作为四线城市中经济欠发达的城市，在2010年就已步入老龄化阶段，“未富先老”的社会特征、庞大的老龄人口基数、快速增长的老龄人口数量都使得其老龄问题日益突出。焦作市现行的养老服务体系存在诸多问题，探索一个多方力量参与、行之有效且可持续发展的新型养老服务体系势在必行。本团队通过大量的问卷调查和实地走访对焦作市养老服务体系的现状进行调查，以所获第一手数据作为现状调查与对策研究的基础，运用spSS19.0对数据进行科学的分析。结合焦作市的实际情况，探索其

2、养老服务体系实现“从有到优”转变的方法。本课题以焦作市养老服务体系的发展为主线展开现状调查和对策研究，旨在揭示养老服务体系在焦作市的发展现状以及体系理论付诸实践时存在的问题，按照“深化体制改革，坚持保障基本，注重统筹发展，完善市场机制”的原则，探索出社会各界共同参与可持续发展的适应焦作市当前经济水平的养老服务体系，以期为政府解决社会治理中的养老问题提供解决问题的新思路，为此类经济欠发达城市合理地解决养老问题、推动社会和谐稳定提供有益借鉴。关键词：现状调查养老服务体系对策研究[Abstract]Atpresentpensionproblemisaseriousanddi
