2、目的。在前人研究的基础上,对电能计量装置的状态指标和评估方法两方面内容进行了改进:采用非线性数学评分模型刻画定量状态指标,运用灰色理论对定性状态指标进行聚类分析,并基于改进层次分析法确定各指标的状态权重,最后借助加权平均模型和模糊数学理论得出状态评估结果。改进后的状态评估策略更趋完善,实用性更强,实现了对电能计量装置运行状态的全方位监督。关键词:电能计量装置;状态评估;灰色理论;改进层次分析法;模糊数学理论中图分类号:TM933文献标识码:B文章编号:1001-1390(2019)00-0000-00Stateassessmentofelectricenergyme
