1、临时工聘用协议Theagreementforemployingthetemporaryworkers甲方：(以下简称甲方)；ParyA:(Hereinafterreferredtoas“PartyA")乙方：(以下简称乙方)；PartyB:(Hereinafterreferredtoas“PartyB〃)甲方招收乙方为临时员工。甲乙双方在平等、自愿的基础上，经协商一致同意，签订本协议。协议内容如下：PartyAemployPartyBasthetemporaryworker.Onthebasisofequalityandvoluntary,PartyAandPartyBnegotiat

2、edandagreedtosignthisagreement.Theagreementasfollows:一、用工方式：木协议规定的用工方式为非固定合同，工作期限根据现场实际需要确定，是否继续留用根据个人表现及现场有无人员空缺，工资结算按(周/月)结算，薪资标准为奈拉/(天/月)O(I),EmployingwaysThisagreementstipulatethatthisisnotafixedcontractandtheemploymenttimeistemporary.Theworkdurationisdeterminedbytheactualsituationofthesite.

3、Accordingtotheperformsneeoftheworkerandtheworkersvacancysituationofthesitetodecidetoretainorfiretheworker.Thesalaryispaidby(weeklyormonthly),thesalaryamoutisNaira(adayormonth).二、甲方的权利和义务(II),TherightsandobligationsofPartyA(-)(一)甲方权利和义务(二)(i)ParyA'srightsandobligations(三)(三)1•甲方需提供员工必要的劳动防护用品，所有人

4、员均需配备安全帽，并根据作业性质配备安全带、防护眼镜、焊工手套及防护眼罩。（五）1,PartyAshallprovideneccessarypersonalprotectionequipmenttotheworkers,alltheworkersneedtobeequippedwithsafetyhelmetsandwearthesafetybelts,safetyglasses,weldingglovesandsafetygogglesaccordingtotheworkcharacter.（六）2•甲方不得强令工人冒险作业，要做好相应的安全防护措施，不得因工人向总包项冃报告而解除协

5、议。（七）2,PartyAshouldforcetheworkerstotakearisktoworkandshouldtakerelativesafetyprotectivemeasuresandshouldn'tterminatetheagreementbecasuetheworkersarereportingtothecontractor'sprojectdepartment.3•工作期间，若因甲方原因造成乙方受工伤，甲方承担医疗费用。非因工或患病住，费用由乙方自行承担。3,PartyAwillundertakethemedicalfeesifitisPartyA'sreason
