3、artmentsforemployees・Toarriveatspecificrespondentsamongemployees,purposivesamplingtechniquewasused・Thedataobtainedwascodedandanalysiswasdoneusingcentraltendency,bargraphs,percentagesandChi-square.Itwasrevealedthat360degreesasanappraisaltoolisadoptedbytheCouncilandithasimprovedits
